I don't know, just like you. But I know something is going on. -
Actually, the NCR has been thought of being a way of early financing of the project. Whatever has been minted would have been used to pay for development. It came unexpectedly that Facebook changed to Meta and all the metaverse currencies going up. However this was just bubbles about to pop any time, and it did. That's why there have been those buy backs to not do a rug pull like that, it was more like a "reversing" the minting, which can actually finance the whole Neos project at a later time, given there would be an agreement on how to proceed with NCR and providing utility that can be paid with NCR. That way I guess millions could be made available to funding Neos VR in the long term, thanks to the buy backs. -
Buyback should be happen only in certain times

GM admin. I'm Joshua, Business Development & Strategic Partnership at Coinstore (Global CEX). Can you please inform me who to contact regarding a potential listing? -
email hello@neos.com -
noted on that. Thank you so much Delta! -
hmm... odd question that just dawned to me... so the system has KFC and NCR... with KFC being the testing currency. Just out of curiosity, was KFC written in such a way as to mirror NCR internally? I only ask since if it was to be a full replica... doesn't that mean Neos has TWO currencies, even if KFC is just an internal token? -
To my knowledge KFC is implemented pretty much the same as NCR internally such that transactions and currency related action/logix can be tested with either and they are basically the same at least user facing -
ah okay, so basically internally they aren't quite the same, only externally -
All of the interactions within the game that use NCR can also be done or tested with KFC, eg tipjar or SendCredits both require input of what type of token/currency you want to use. -
huh.... so basically guiding the system to which protocol to use -
Makes sense. With all the usual invites that come in and just ask about listings and all that, I never bothered to consider how KFC's structure worked, since I think that gets a bit more traffic than NCR if I were to fathom a wager -
In addition to NCR and KFC, CDFT is also a currency in the game -
In addition to that addition there is apparently also 'DEBUG' as a valid token type -
CDFT doesn't 'support transactions' so it must be added or removed via backend/cloud stuff, ie you can't send your amount to someone else -
dont forget sugarcube XD -
That's not a token and is treated differently, it does have some of the token related features though -
Anyone also in ETHDenver? -
yeah i know its just because they said currency's in game not exclusively crypto or token just more of a jab at sugarcube still existing unless your replying to the cdft thing then sorry -
suger cubes came to mind but they aren't a token -
half are half not i guess who knows the original intention aside the fact they have a batch id so in theory its linked -
but i was going on the fact you said currency in game -
