At this point in time most patreon rewards are distributed by the discord with the patreon integration, others like storage are applied directly.

I'm having an issue where the game keeps getting corrupted so, its act like a shadow ban after 10 seconds I'm unable to join on anyone once I leave the game and verify my files it says one will be corrupted.

Make sure your computer has enough storage space. I will usually get a database corruption error if the disk neos is using for database storage is out of space.

I can't tell you the stance of Karel (obviously)... but it was the stance of neos that changing asset sources, using it in closed network and offline was not only intended featur but also activly supported

Many people see the Discord server, the Neos Team, and the open discussion all as part of being a very important part of Neos. You say you're doing what's best for Neos, but the scope of what you consider Neos is radically different than what a lot of the Neos community considers Neos to be because you would rather (and are working to) delete or rewrite those things to suit your goals better. That sort of divide does not need anyone weaponizing it to cause problems between you and the community.

However, the reality is that they are weaponizing the community to eliminate Karel from Neos. The Neos team is part of the furry community, so they simply want to protect their furry friends from Karel. Other communities don't have any issue with Karel. Just like the nature of NCR has no connection to Neos unless users choose to use it. NCR also provides financial support for the expansion and development of the project. Heya I was told this was the place to go to get an issue with my storage rental resolved.
My intention was to rent 50GB for 24 months, twice so it would stack to 50GB for 4 years (since buying the same amount again stacks time not amount).
4 times over about 2 hours I: Went through the process, did the 2FA, got redirected to the Neos bot account chat where there would usually be a message about my NCR amount payed and storage received, but there was nothing. Wouldn’t work. Then about 2 hours after that, it all went through at the same time, the first 2 attempts processed, and then the second 2 attempts failed due to insufficient NCR (which is fine, only wanted to buy it twice).

Anyways, seemingly because it all got processed at once, it didn’t stack properly as intended, so I now have 100GB for 2 years rather than my intended 50GB for 4. Getting that corrected would be appreciated, thanks.

They could try spawning some large (synced) items into their Local Home, saving their Local Home, and then deleting those items from their inventory to free up space so the sync goes through.

Additionally, there is a mod called LocalStorage that provides a local storage inventory that can help them store items until the storage is increased on the 1st of the Month

Hey, i've been saving a few worlds and those worlds are having sync issues. Has anyone just been having problems with the servers as of recent?

i had issues saving worlds sometimes, it depends though, you checked what the log says the issue is?

Haven't really checked, but i've had to use a mod to even sync properly.

I actually did too, but I think it's because the world asset I was saving was massive and I was hitting some kind of rate limit before it could finish syncing. Ended up having to just give up though and use the mod to sync everything else. Ya hate to see it

Not completely accurate if Sloppy is anything to go by. But sometimes it's fine, I've seen issues resolved in here reasonably quickly before. Kinda feels random. I obviously can't speak for the email response speed though, I haven't sent an email myself. Could be faster there (again, excepting sloppy who appears to be having a time getting help anywhere)

To be generous, maybe Sloppy's request is a weird one and takes some time to process. But some communication about it would definitely be better (more convincing) customer service.

i did actually do some tests a year ago and that behavior is exactly the same as before
you can get it to stack time if it is the only storage purchase you have, maybe when it is a matching size to the total? otherwise it just gives you more storage on top

Does Karel have any plans for the future of the game itself? I don't really see anything being possible with old team neos pushed out.

I try to be as neutral as possible:
Neos as in the game itself is based on a codebase. This codebase is currently not accessible to Karel. No mather the actual ownership, the simple fact stands that he or his programmers can do absolutly nothing to develop neos right now and as we don't know of any official proceedings, it doesn't seam likely to change soon

at the same time, froox can't update neos, as it would mean updating a product he doesn't fully own with resources he gives into the company for free... he again doesn't fully own

I've brought this up again and again, but plugins are a possibility for continued development w/out source code
